Daha Dam was constructed to support the agricultural needs of the surrounding region. It gradually became a safe habitat for local wildlife and migratory birds. Seeing the ecological richness and growing interest among tourists, the Odisha Eco-Tourism Project developed the Daha Nature Camp.
